DELIVERY

Orders are sent out on a 24-hour service. 

WHERE WE SHIP

We’re based in the United Kingdom, and that’s exactly where we ship. No distractions.

PROCESSING ORDERS

We’re here Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 2pm are processed and shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends hit the queue for the next working day. We’re real humans here, not robots we promise you.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

LOST OR DELAYED DELIVERIES

Delays happen, but we’ve got your back. If your package goes MIA or takes a detour, let Customer Service know and we’ll sort it out for you.

DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS

If something shows up looking less than perfect, or something is missing let us know within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
