Refund policy

At Voice_Of Defiance we take pride in delivering high-quality products that speak to your individuality. But sometimes things don’t work out. Here’s how we handle refunds:

1. ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS

You may request a refund if:

  • The item is returned in unused, original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
  • The request is made within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • You have a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

2. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

Not everything’s refundable. Here’s what’s off the table:

  • Gift cards and vouchers.
  • Custom or personalised items.
  • Clearance items that are identified as CLEARANCE

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
